Community Hub Lead

We are looking for an effective manager and team leader to lead and develop the work of our Community Hub which offers care and support to local residents. To engage with Trafford Council, with leaders of the other Trafford Community Hubs and local agencies in the development and delivery of services. To line manage support staff and volunteers involved in the work of the Community Hub. To represent Altrincham Baptist Church, its beliefs, values and approach, in all engagements with Trafford Council and other partner organisations.

• Salary circa £23,300 (FTE £29,000)

Work Well Keyworker

Work Well is an innovative approach for tackling health related barriers to employment. The key worker will provide 'light touch' individual support to help participants to stay in work and move towards new employment.

• 24 hrs per week
• Salaty circa £17,500 (FTE £29,203)
• Closing date 31st January 2025
• This is a grant funded role to 31st March 2026.

Changing Futures Trafford Key Worker

Changing Futures Trafford is a year-long programme, focused on supporting people who experience a combination of homelessness, substance misuse, mental health issues, domestic abuse and contact with the criminal justice system. The programme is intended to improve an understanding of how Trafford can support individuals and families experiencing multiple disadvantage.
